A topic close to my heart. Though in fairness this article is focused on people involved in the production of wine, rather than those of us drinking the stuff. Most wine education courses are aimed at people who serve the wine, wine critics and us drinkers.
To be a wine an actual producer is an entirely different kettle of fish. I suspect that on the ground experience is far more valuable than any classroom training. Plus you’d need serious passion and dedication, and frankly be a bit mad because it is not an easy task.
