My own experience of no alcohol wines has been patchy to say the least. They’re usually too sweet for me do I stick to tonic water if I need a break from wine. However according to thedrinksbusiness.com things have improved and manufacturers are using innovative methods to reproduce the unique flavours usually imparted by a blend of fruit, alcohol, tannins and acidity. Perhaps we’ll have to give them another go.
