The other day I published the tasting notes of yet another organic wine. One that was pretty good. For many people the pursuit of organic or the alternative natural wines is to avoid some of the additives that can be found in the majority of wines.
These days additives in food and drink are regarded as suspicious and probably bad for us. nobody wants a pile of E numbers in there wine. However the truth is that additives have been used in winemaking since year dot. They play and important role and are not always bad.
