I drank this wine in Cambridge on a terrace overlooking Kings College on a gloriously summer day. It was one of those perfect moments.
Apparently made especially for Cambridge wine merchants. This is an incredibly pale pink wine going on blush. There is a light scent of strawberry and sherbet.
It is a wonderfully smooth wine to drink. Light bodied, dry with well balanced acidity you barely notice except to give the wine a nice crispness to it.
It’s the perfect summer flavours of fresh strawberry and raspberry. It refreshes the palate with no lingering aftertaste. Ideal for a summer day.
